FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is covered in the registration fee? 

As a general attendee, your food, accommodation and travel to and from the retreat site is covered for the entire weekend. Please reach out to your state representative to know the meet up spot.

As a flying attendee, your food and accommodations will be taken care of in your $175 registration fee. Transport from airport to retreat site and back to airport will be provided by our hospitality team. 

2. If I am flying in, what airport do I fly into?

You are to fly into the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) between 1:00PM-5:00PM . All attendees flying in must send their itineraries along with what airport they will arrive to cccyouthhospitality@gmail.com and cc: cccyouthretreat@gmail.com

*IF you do not send your itinerary, the Hospitality department will NOT be able to pick you up. 

 

Try your best to ensure your tickets allow you to land between the stated times. Anything outside of these times, we may not be able to pick you up. 

 

All return tickets should be booked to leave nothing later than 6pm Sunday Afternoon at the same airports. We are not able to settle later flights.

3. What safety measures are in place for the COVID-19 pandemic?

The Executive Committee and the Retreat site will be taking necessary precautions to ensure the health

and safety of all attendees according to CDC guidelines.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided for each room/attendee and will be placed in all

common areas. Social distancing and wearing an approved mask will be enforced when congregating

for workshops and/or services.

4. Is there an age restriction?

Yes. Due to the pandemic, the age limit for this year's Youth Ministry Retreat is 13 years of age. Please contact your State Rep for any additional information.

5. What should I bring?

All youths are to bring the following:

1. At least two (2) sutanas

2. Bible

3. Hymn Book

4. Notepad/Pen

5. Up to 8 set of change of clothes (including athletic wear)

6. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash/soap, lotion, etc.)

7. Towels

6. Are all events at the retreat mandatory?

Yes. Attendance at all workshops, forums, and services held at the retreat is mandatory. There will be

free time between events.

7. Do I have to be a Celestial to attend the retreat?

No. We welcome all believers in Christ to the retreat to fellowship together.

8. What should I expect from the retreat?

All youths should expect to meet new people, network with other youths from other States, and most

importantly, to create or rekindle their relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
